An Update For Our Valued Guests - WE'RE OPEN
Dear Valued Customers,
We are happy to announce that our venues will all be open this weekend to service you and your guests.
Just like you, we are closely monitoring new developments regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus). The health and safety of our guests and employees is of the utmost importance. We are going to ensure that highest of precautions are taken to ensure the safety of our all guests is first and foremost.
Therefore, we've decided to raise our usual standards of cleanliness and health safety even higher. We didn't become the leader in customer experiences by maintaining the status quo; you can count on us to be a travel leader in meeting the challenge of the coronavirus.
We have implemented several new policies and procedures, which follow recommendations from the Disease Control and Prevention and the Health Unit. We are in constant communication with our employees to reinforce our sanitization safety procedures in both guest-facing and back-of-house areas. We are sanitizing high-traffic public areas at an increased frequency. We will also be providing customers products to sanitize their hands upon entry. All departments have implemented hand washing or sanitizing procedures to take place multiple times during the employee's shift. All employees are prohibited from reporting to work with a respiratory illness that can be transmitted to others.
As a final note - we do encourage everyone who is attending our venues this weekend to please self-monitor yourselves for fevers or any symptoms that could be of concern. If in doubt, please do stay home.
We pride ourselves in always providing added security and safety to our customers and thereby we will be checking temperatures of all patrons via laser temp readers prior to entering our venues this weekend. This safety procedure will be in place until the threats of the spread of this virus has been ruled out by governing bodies. Again, please stay home if you don't feel well. As much as we want you to be out with us, we must attend to our duty as responsible operators to circumvent any added threats of the spread of this virus.
Together we can all do our part in eliminating the spread of this virus by employing some safety measures. In all the upheaval, we must continue to live our lives and not let fear dictate what we will do and when we will do it. But let's all be safe and do what we can to eliminate the unnecessary spread of this horrible virus.
See you all this weekend.
