 Windsor Business to be presented Provincial Award:
ARIIUS, locally owned and operated by Kash Hasan & Patrick Kim inside Caesars Windsor, will receive the Provincial Best Bar None Award at the Annual Gala Evening of Excellence to be hosted at Essex Golf and Country Club, Monday, October 15th. Last year Kash & Patrick accepted the designation from The Best Bar None (BBN) Ontario program being the first Windsor business to join the ranks of world-class organizations like the Rogers Centre in Toronto, to receive the BBN designation. This coming month ARIIUS will now receive the AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE from the BBN for operating at the highest standards. ARIIUS Nightclub & UltraLounge is located in Caesars Windsor Casino and achieved the BBN Accreditation in 2017. The BBN Ontario has been operating in its sixth year in the Toronto downtown core and in its fifth year in Ottawa’s By Ward Market. ARIIUS Nightclub & UltraLounge @ CAESARS was the first licensee establishment to receive the accreditation outside these two cities. The BBN is completely voluntary and industry-led by the Ontario Restaurant Hotel Motel Association (ORHMA). It recognizes excellence in operational standards and service. Best Bar None Ontario is an industry-led international accreditation and awards program that rewards excellence amongst responsible liquor sales licensees and encourages everyone to improve their operations. Best Bar None Ontario was offered for the first time in Ontario in 2012/2013 offering accreditation for licensees in the downtown Toronto core and to the Ottawa By Ward Market, and until last year, ARIIUS Nightclub & Ultralounge @ CAESARS initially brought this world-class accreditation to Windsor in 2017, but has followed in 2018 with the presentation of the provincial AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE. Dallas Cowboys defensive end Tyrone Crawford is once again heading home to give back to the Windsor community.
The 27-year-old Crawford — a graduate of Catholic Central high school — will hold his Windsor’s Finest Football Academy for the fourth year at University of Windsor Stadium on Saturday. As an added bonus, NFL Canada will bring its NFL Play 60 experience to the event and Crawford has added a meet-and-greet with players on Friday.
